Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in their original condition, unused where applicable, and accompanied by proof of purchase.Return request within 30 days. 📦 Return Conditions

💰 Refund Processing

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return including:Custom-built containers. Special order products. Products modified to customer specifications. Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling.

🚚 Return Shipping

Unless required by Australian Consumer Law or where a product is confirmed to be defective, customers are responsible for any return transport or shipping costs.

📝 How To Request A Return

To request a return, please provide:Your order number. Proof of purchase. Reason for the return. Photos if the product has arrived damaged.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees Return Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying all freight, tilt-tray, and haulage transport fees for any returned container. If a return is accepted due to an item arriving severely damaged, structurally defective, or significantly not as described upon initial delivery, A1 Shipping Container Sales will cover or reimburse the return freight costs.  Restocking Fees: We charge no restocking fee ($0 AUD) on approved returns.
