1. Delivery Coverage

We supply and deliver new, used, and modified shipping containers throughout Queensland and interstate across Australia. Deliveries originate from our nearest regional depot or partner facility to optimize route efficiency and freight costs.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  • Standard Stock Units: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days following receipt of full payment. Standard transit and site offloading are scheduled within 5 business days for standard metropolitan and regional service routes.
  • Custom Modifications & Builds: Build schedules for specialized containers (e.g., studios, office units, bespoke door/window installations) vary depending on technical scope. Delivery timeframes will be confirmed in writing prior to invoice settlement.
  • Delivery Confirmation: Once your order is finalized, our logistics dispatch team will contact your nominated site representative via phone or email to confirm your allocated delivery date and arrival window.

3. Delivery Method & Equipment

Deliveries are conducted using specialized heavy transport vehicles, predominantly heavy-duty trucks fitted with gooseneck tilt-bed trailers or tilt-trays.
During offloading, the truck reverses into position, tilts the trailer bed, and allows the container to touch down smoothly while slowly pulling forward.

4. Site Access & Clearance Requirements

To ensure safe transit, offloading, and operator compliance, customers must verify that the proposed drop site meets the following minimum spatial specifications prior to dispatch:
  • 10′ and 20′ Containers: Minimum of 80 feet (approx. 25 meters) of straight-line driving clearance directly ahead of the container footprint.
  • 40′ Containers: Minimum of 120 feet (approx. 37 meters) of straight-line clearance.
  • Vertical/Overhead Clearance: Minimum of 16 feet (approx. 5 meters) of overhead clearance along the entire drive path and at the drop point, completely clear of overhead power lines, telephone cables, tree canopies, and building eaves.
  • Ground Conditions: The approach and drop area must consist of firm, dry, and level ground (compacted gravel, concrete, bitumen, or solid dry turf). Drivers will not drive over soft turf, loose sand, mud, or unrated underground infrastructure (such as septic tanks or drainage covers).

5. Freight Rates & Pricing Transparency

  • Pricing & Taxes: All quoted freight charges are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and clearly state whether Goods and Services Tax (incl. GST) is incorporated.
  • Standard Quotes: Freight is calculated transparently based on route distance, axle requirements, and site accessibility from our dispatch depot.
  • Container Relocations: Customer-owned container moves are charged at an hourly rate starting from $175 AUD per hour (incl. GST), subject to a 2-hour minimum depot-to-depot. Timing commences when the transport unit leaves the staging yard and concludes upon return.

6. Failed Delivery & Abortive Trips

If a scheduled transport run cannot be completed due to unnotified site impediments (e.g., inadequate turning room, soft ground, overhead obstructions, or an absent site contact), the following terms apply:
  • The container will return to the holding depot to ensure road safety.
  • An abortive transport fee plus applicable re-delivery freight will be charged prior to the next scheduled dispatch attempt.
  • If a site requires final placement beyond the capability of a tilt-bed trailer, secondary positioning via customer-arranged forklift or crane will be required.
