How We Deliver Containers
All containers are delivered using a heavy-duty truck equipped with a specialized tilt-bed trailer. The driver will reverse into position, tilt the trailer bed, and smoothly slide the container onto the ground as the vehicle moves forward.
To ensure a safe and successful offloading process, please ensure adequate straight-line clearance directly in front of the drop site:
- 10′ and 20′ Containers: Minimum 80 feet (approx. 25 meters) of straight-line clearance.
- 40′ Containers: Minimum 120 feet (approx. 37 meters) of straight-line clearance.
- Overhead Clearance: At least 16 feet (approx. 5 meters) of clear vertical space, free from low trees, branches, building eaves, and power lines.

Yes, we provide container relocation and transport services across the region.
- Preparation: Containers must be completely emptied prior to loading and transport to ensure safe transit and axle weight compliance.
- Pricing & Rates: Container moves are billed at an hourly rate starting from $175 AUD per hour (incl. GST), with a 2-hour minimum depot-to-depot. Timing commences upon dispatch from our nearest depot and concludes upon return to the depot.
- Bookings & Quotes: Contact our logistics team with your pickup and drop-off postcodes to receive a firm route estimate or to book your transport slot.

Specialized Delivery Fleet
Our transport vehicles are equipped with purpose-built gooseneck tilt-bed trailers designed for smooth ground-level offloading. This setup allows our drivers to place containers safely and accurately while minimizing disruption and time spent on your site.
Prior to delivery, we ask for a few things from you to make sure things run smoothly:
- Leveled area: The delivery area must be flat and level to ensure your cargo stays secure and the container doors open properly.
- Payment prior to delivery: Please settle payment before delivery. We accept direct deposit, card, or company check for both rentals and purchases.
- Fast dispatch & delivery: We deliver directly to your site within 5 business days of order confirmation and payment. For custom modifications or remote regional sites, our dispatch team will confirm your exact delivery schedule upon booking.
- Adequate clearance: Allow 80 feet (approx. 25 meters) of straight-line clearance for a 20′ container and 120 feet (approx. 37 meters) for a 40′ unit. Overhead clearance of at least 14 to 16 feet is required to accommodate the tilted tilt-tray trailer bed during offloading.
- Flexibility: Tilt-bed trailer deliveries require suitable drive-in access. While our drivers position the container as close as possible to your desired location, tight spaces or obstacles may require a forklift or crane for final millimeter-precise placement.
- Site contact: Please ensure a site contact is available by phone and on-site on delivery day to direct the driver to the drop point.
